Andrew Burns is a San Diego native and founder of Fertility Plus Insurance Services.
After being exposed to the challenges of navigating the fertility space first-hand, Andrew created Fertility Plus with a mission to pair his industry experience with a network of fertility experts — and to develop a comprehensive solution for intended parents, surrogates, and agencies.
